Rubaiyat

(Coming August, 2025) Rubaiyat is a Four Star private villa situated in the heart of the Marrakech medina at the center of the Riad Larrous quarter. Impeccably restored by Ross with the guidance and expertise of esteemed architect Christophe Simeon for the most discerning guest, the house resonates with an unfabricated, ancient character and accentuations of stately sensibility.​
Painstakingly constructed around two large, verdant patios of orange blossoms and old palms, the house aims to sequester romance and privacy as a respite from the souks of the city and the hyper-connectivity of our world. The villa boasts both rare auto access meshed with the the city’s intimate alleyways for convenience and old world connection. Seven unique master suites and one private master riad, courtyard and terrace pools, a private chef and fashion-forward cocktail salon make Rubaiyat the most ineffable honeymoon or family destination.
